As I’m sure everyone agrees, choosing a realtor professional is an important decision. My husband and I called Renee in October of 2018 when we decided to list our home.  Renee came over the very next evening to view our house and provide current market feedback.  Renee walked through each room and outside on our property taking notes, pointing out areas that would need attention before the house could be listed. She provided us with her list of required touchups, and also gave us a couple of contacts to reach out toshould we need help fixing up the house.  After the touchups were complete, Renee professionally staged our house so it would show at its best.  Then came the photographer who took approx. 30-40 pictures and a video which turned out wonderfully.  For each showing request, Renee’s team would email and follow up with a phone call to confirm the time would work for us. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, they were quick to follow up and put our minds as ease during the entire process. In true hard workmanship on Renee and her teams side, our house sold in 2 weeks! Renee had our best interest in mind at all times and we are so happy we not only listed our home with her, but bought the house of our dreams with her as well.
